Refund policy
Please check your package immediately when you receive it.
You can always contact us for any return questions at Rxinspirations@Rxinspo.store All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Exception: If there is a defect with the item, or we sent the wrong item.
We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 3 days of receiving the product and contact us Rxinspirations@Rxinspo.store immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
Returns for the exception situations
We will contact you to guide you regarding the return or exchange due to the listed exceptions. We will let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.
